What is the availability of the ready-to-wear items?

How accurate is colour display on the Internet?

Each product is photographed in a unique way, and we try to display colors as true to life as possible. However, it is possible that colors may vary slightly from one device to another.


What is the process for a custom made dress if I am based in Hong Kong?

Your initial appointment will include an hour session with our designer to understand your style requirements, occasion, budget etc. and for you to try on our collection and be measured. Prior to production, we will send through a design brief for you to confirm all details are correct. Fitting sessions will take place after your dress arrives where we include one free alteration.  Any changes required beyond that as well as changes that need to be made to the silhouette (that differs to the original agreed design), will be at an additional cost.

What is the process for a custom made dress if I am not based in Hong Kong?

We highly advise you to email us so we can understand and better facilitate what you’re looking for in a dress. Once you’ve decided on the style, color and details let us know so we can then create a design brief for you to confirm all details. Once the payment has been received,  a measurement form will also be sent your way where you’ll be providing us with your measurements. Our measurement guide can be found here. If you do have any uncertainties on how to measure, we can also go on a video call to do it together. 

How long does production take?

The production lead time will vary depending on the complexity of any customizations and the availability of fabrics associated with the order. Production usually takes between 4 – 8 weeks for an existing style shown online but a rush order option at a surcharge is also available. For any pieces that are custom made from scratch (ie. from design to sourcing fabrics to production to alteration), please allow 4– 6 months. Do you provide rental services?

Unfortunately, we do not offer rental services on any of our products.



How do I place an order?

Once you have decided on a style, select the size you need (if available) and click “Add to Cart”. You can access your shopping cart on the top right of the screen and check out at any point.  

Do I need to create an account to shop online?

You do not need to create an account to shop online and can simply provide an email address to receive updates on your order. However, by creating an account you can join our loyalty program for special promotions and most up-to-date information about the brand.

Who do I contact for assistance with my orders?

Please contact us by telephone, email or on our “Contact Us” page. We will try to respond as soon as possible.  

Item is out of stock, what can I do?

We suggest you contact us by telephone, email or on the “Contact Us” page to enquire whether the item will be re-stocked. If it will be replenished, we can add you to our waiting list.

What if the item is faulty?

We stand behind our product. If for some reason you feel that the item is faulty, please send us an email to customerservice@qipology.com with 4 to 5 images of the item and its faulty areas clearly shown, along with the order number and we will contact you with the next steps.   

Can I use a gift card online and in-store?

Yes, all Qipology gift cards can be used online and in-store with the gift code.

Can my order be gift wrapped?

Should you be purchasing the item as a gift, please let us know at checkout under “add notes” if you would like to gift wrap and add a personalized message card.

If I give a gift to someone, can the recipient exchange or refund it?

Yes, if the product complies with our refund and exchange policy, we will accept the return or exchange. The refund will be paid back to the account of purchaser. For an exchange, the item must be of an equivalent or superior value and the difference in price should be paid by the purchaser or the gift recipient. Where do you delivery to?

We deliver worldwide with the exception of Russia and Ukraine. You may select your shipping destination at checkout.

How much is delivery?

We offer free delivery for orders within Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China. For ready-to-wear orders, we charge a flat rate of HKD 120 for SEA region and HKD 280 for rest of the world. For custom bridal orders, we charge a flat rate of HKD of 280 for SEA region and HKD 400 for rest of the world.

How long will delivery take?

For Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China orders, we typically ship via SF Express. Please allow 2 – 5 days for delivery. For oversea orders, the courier choice will depend on destination. Please allow 12 – 15 days for delivery, subject to custom clearance. Our business days are Monday to Friday (except public holidays).

Will I be able to track my order?

We ship out using Hong Kong Speed Post, SF Express or DHL depending on location. A tracking number will be sent to your email upon shipment.

Do I have to pay tax and duties?

Your order may be required to pay customs and import duties upon arrival of the goods into your country. Please note that Qipology is not responsible for any taxes or duties the customs office may charge you and payment will be necessary in order to release your order from customs.  We will also not be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or any situation or circumstance which is not within our control. For enquiry on how much tax will cost, please contact local authorities.

Can I choose in-store collection?

It is possible to collect the items you have ordered online in-store. Please note that we will only allow collection of the order by showing a print out or a soft copy of the order confirmation.



Which payments are accepted online?

You can pay for your online purchases with a credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa and PayPal. You are required to enter your credit card details, its expiry date, and security code on the payment page.

Do you accept international credit cards?

Yes, we accept international credit cards.



How do I schedule an appointment?

All our appointments must be scheduled as we would like to ensure you receive one-on-one undivided attention. Booking, changing or cancelling an appointment can be done throught Whatsapp at (+852) 6061 4074 or via email at info@qipology.com

Is there any appointment / trial fee?

First appointments are free of charge and we do not limit to the number of pieces you can try on as we truly believe your experience should be memorable and fun!

What should I bring to the appointment?

We suggest that you bring or wear nude undergarments, shapewear if you decide to wear them and shoes at the desired height.
